With only one active Euro prime time raiding guild left on the server, and no hope of an increase in the Euro player population, many of the remaining active players in Caer Cadarns decided to move to Rosengard III. It's been a wonderful, exciting, sometimes exhausting , awesome and incredible ride with Caer Cadarns for the past three years and I know we will keep in touch - on Phinigel, on other servers and in other games
Caer Cadarns still exists as a guild tag and many alts/boxes as well as non-raiders remain in the guild.
Thank you all who made the time in Caer Cadarns the best of all years of EverQuest! <3
After the raid alliance was dissolved, Caer Cadarns has taken the time to enjoy group content and explore the new expansion, Seeds of Destruction. We are having a lot of fun in the non-raiding environment, but we also want to experience some raiding in EverQuest again! We reached out to our friends in Rosengard III and the result is that we have set up Fun Raids for both guilds! These raids' main objectives are to have fun together and enjoy eachother's company. Caer Cadarns now offers not only a non-competitive environment and great friendships, but also some raid content thanks to the cooperation with Rosengard III =)
Just a quick update from Caer Cadarns and our allies Darkwind X: We're currently having fun in SoF expansion and have visited Meldrath in his Mansion a couple of times already:

Finally we got a new expansion that we could take on together as an alliance - and what a great time we've had!
Thanks to the thorough work of the raid leader team on research and support, the guilds' members efforts to help
each other out with the progression quests, the focus of the raiders who came together and brought their A game
along, we are happy to share that we have cleared all of Solteris!

Here are some exciting news from Caer Cadarns:
We have formed a raid alliance with Darkwind X, to secure a strong raid force for the EU prime time player base on Phinigel server for the future,
and to ensure that both guilds can adventure and evolve in current expansions and far beyond!
The raid alliance means that Caer Cadarns now raids four nights/week: Sunday 7pm CET, Monday 8pm CET,
Wednesday 8pm CET and Thursday 8pm CET.
The alliance has a mutual DKP and loot handling system as well as a common chat channel for socialization and LFG/LFM.
Caer Cadarns still remains the family friendly raiding guild on the server and we are always happy to accept new applications,
regardless of class, level or geographical location: Application forum
I'm happy to welcome all Darkwind X and Caer Cadarns members to the raid alliance!
Some Kodak moments from when Caer Cadarns visited Relic for dwagon hunting:
Caer Cadarns is the oldest European prime time raiding guild on the server and therefore well established, with a solid
reputation of being respected and about fair play. We're always happy to welcome more members, both social players
and raiders! Post your application to join in the Application Forum and you, too, can visit dwagons (and more!) in the
company of other like-minded players.
Some exciting news from Caer Cadarns! We recently got a significant addition to the guild, and thereby to our raid forces.
This was a welcomed boost for Caer Cadarns and we immediately tried out our new raid team by taking down Sendaii!
Unfortunately the photographer forgot her camera, so the above will have to serve as an illustration of the events that took place.
It won't be long now until Caer Cadarns is enjoying the challenges of Demiplane, so expect an update here soon.
With that said, I would like to repeat my warm welcome to our new guildies and say that I know we have lots of fun to look foward to!
P.S. If you, too, want to join Caer Cadarns - the family friendly European prime time raiding guild on Phinigel server - then

Vishimtar is not a very large dwagon, but he still put up a furious fight each time Caer Cadarns wanted to slay him! Caer Cadarns doesn't give
up that easily, and thanks to persistency, adaptability and team work we were able to slay the dwagon and share his wealths among us!
Good job, Caer Cadarns!

Most of Caer Cadarns' members are back from holiday break and we started the new year with a big
bang - a big, OMM shaped, bang:
Congratulations Caer Cadarns! This win was made possible only by persistency, stubbornness and
determination! What a great way to kick off the new year - let's have many more photo opportunities
in the future to come!!
Welcome to post your application to join us in the Application Forum!
Caer Cadarns currently raids in both Gates of Discord and Omens of War and we're having fun while continuously progressing and advancing.
The latest example of our wins is from Inktu'ta last night:
Thank you raid team for researching and leading us through this raid for the win - and congratulations to Caer Cadarns, well done!!
Caer Cadarns raids four times per week: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8pm CET (2pm EST) and typically for three hours.
Raiding is not mandatory in Caer Cadarns and we have no attendance requirements - as we believe in maintaining the balance between real life
and EverQuest, while still being able to experience all of the content the game has to offer =)
Caer Cadarns is currently working on progression in both Gates of Discord and Omens of War. We've seen great engagement in guildies grinding levels and AAs, helping eachother with epic 1.5 quests and sharing knowledge that some of us might have forgotten over the years
Things we've enjoyed doing lately include:
....and we also have seen the return of our famous:
...which are raid nights dedicated to getting all those epic fights done so that as many as possible of our members now can wield shiny, new, epic weapons! Grats to all who have finished their epic 1.5 already!
